Customer Pick Up Program Guidelines

1. Customer must attend training session before pick up of bouncer(Approx. 15 min.to take place at time of pick up). Renter must certify training on set up ,operation and all safety considerations .Training is only available in English, therefore all renters must be able to read, write and understand the English language. See Bottom of page for a "How the heck do I roll this thing up?" video for those that need additional instructions after the training session.
2. Only private party rentals may pick up bouncers for set up at private residences (no
groups or businesses and no public parks etc.)
3. Person picking up bouncer must live at the set up location.
4. Only bouncers to be set up on grass in a well lit area may be picked up (no pavement
or hard surfaces). See FAQ – policies page for other setup placement considerations.
A tarp will be provided to set bouncer on & must be used or bouncer
can be damaged.
5. A deposit must be provided by credit card authorization or cash.If a card number is provided for any reason, we will assume that it is not a debit card and it may be authorized for the deposit even if you wish to provide a cash deposit. You are responsible to have adequate funds on hand to cover any debits. We will not be liable for any bank charges should we charge your card even if you have planned to leave a cash deposit. We do not have control over your bank policy on debit cards and funds availability and can not answer any questions about your banks policy. Credit card address must verify and be in the name of person picking up bouncer. Renter must be at least
21 years old, be legally able to sign a contract and have valid legal I.D.
6. Only certain bouncers may be picked up. See web site for details Customer must
provide vehicle large enough to transport unit. IE: Mini Van with seats removed,
large SUV or truck . No open trunk loading will be allowed, vehicle must be large
enough to hold bouncer without tie downs.
7. Customer must inspect the bouncer upon set up as our installers would, provide
written proof of inspection on our form and return inspection form with the bouncer.
8. If possible special arrangements can be made to pick up Saturday rentals on Friday
between 5:30 & 6pm .On Saturdays bouncers must be picked up between
8am & 9am and returned by 7:30 am on Sunday .On Sundays pick ups must be made
between 9 and 10 am and returned on Monday between 9 and 10 am.
Special time arrangements will be made for other days of the week.
Unit must be returned clean, dry and properly rolled or extra charges will apply and be
deducted from your deposit and or charged to your credit card

9. Deposits will be held until we inspect the bouncer for damage and cleanliness.
10. Cash deposits may be refunded by check after unit inspection which may not occur
until the next day or longer.
11. No weather refunds will be issued. You can cancel your rental the day of the event
before picking up the unit for weather per our standard cancellation policy. Full
payment is due before pick up will be allowed.
12. Renter must certify that they receive all necessary equipment and related equipment
manuals.
13. Renter must be aware that inflatables are heavy and require strength and heavy lifting
in order to pick up and set up . Two people are recommended to lift units.
