*Standard Delivery A standard delivery is defined as an outside delivery(for inflatables)with access to the set up location equivalent to handicapped access.  Standard delivery does not include going up stairs with inflatables and heavy equipment as most units must be wheeled on carts. Our delivery vehicle must be able to be parked for unloading within reasonable distance from the set up area (generally no more thank approx. 150” to qualify for standard delivery. Standard delivery does not include traveling up or down steep inclines with our equipment. An extra charge may apply if you do not qualify for standard delivery.
Delivery area varies with size of order and dollars value of rented items.

**Customer Pick up program   Many of our small bouncers and other smaller inflatables may be picked up by the customer after attending our training program. Most other small items (food, games, etc that the price   does not include delivery) may be picked up by customer.
